The service was friendly with parking nearby. The rooms were beautifully maintained and huge, the view was great. The staff was very helpful throughout the day: )

Low Cost, Low Expectations

The room was clean but bear in mind, the bed was uncomfortable and thin walls let in too much noise. If you're looking for a decent breakfast, skip it here. McDonald's is just down the road. Pack extra pillows for comfort.

HUGE rooms with high ceilings, and very clean and well maintained. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

The only "complaint" is that the beds were not terribly comfortable, but I wouldn't say they were awful. It might have been that we just weren't used to sleeping on a bed other than our own.

The room was clean, bed very comfortable, bathroom space very small but clean, price of room very equivalent to what you get.

Family-friendly hotel in a beautiful area very close to waterfalls and a convenience store that stays open till midnight and restaurants or gas stations. Courteous, kind people working here. The rooms with fridge and microwave. Really had great stay on vacation.

This room should not be rented out: it looked like the inside of a drughouse: horrid paint job, outlets hanging out, missing baseboard, bug on pillow, sink broken, shabby curtains, nails hanging out the ceiling, no heat!! Bad soap; sliding glass door was loose. We asked for a refund but to no avail, Awful awful awful

Carpet and furnishings seemed new, was very clean, noticable attemps to refurbish the motel, AC unit (and heat) was new and worked well.

Top front door hinge needed repair, as a result door was difficult to open and close...also needed weatherstripping. Bathroom window would not close properly and let in cold air constantly. Toilet was not secured to the floor properly and was rocky. Water pressure was lacking and faucets/shower valves difficult to adjust properly. Shower stall was very small and no grab bars or soap holder(was missing). Need a shelf inside shower or just outside to put shampoo etcetra on so as not to soak the floor reaching to the sink area. Shower drain cover was not secured to the floor(slip hazard). Paint the 1952 era pink tile? C'mon man replace the tile. A professional painter and plumber would probably be worth the investment. A in room coffee maker would have been a plus. Facilities and breakfast provided was not even close to Best Westerns we stayed at for a comparable (or better) price on the same trip.

The room was quite spacious and felt very clean. The staff was friendly, always a delight for us seniors.
